What data we hold about customers, why we hold it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What we collect
Accounts are created by signing in with Google or Discord. We receive your name, email address, and avatar from whichever provider you use, and never see or store a password.
We record operational data including your Robux orders, linked accounts, and the licenses issued to you. These records let us provide access and support.
2. Why we process it
We process your data to verify Robux purchases, issue licenses, deliver purchased files, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data or share it with advertisers.
3. Connected accounts
If you link a Roblox account, we store its numeric user ID and username. This is what lets us confirm a Robux purchase belongs to you before issuing a license. We never receive your Roblox password, and we do not read your inventory beyond checking ownership of the specific game pass an order is waiting on. You can unlink at any time from your dashboard.
If you sign in with Discord and grant access, we may store the ID, name, and member count of servers you own or manage. Servers you merely belong to are not recorded.
4. Payment data
Robux payments are completed on Roblox. We record the amount, the game pass involved, and the linked account that paid, and receive no financial details beyond that.
5. Who we share data with
We share the minimum necessary data with Roblox, our authentication provider, and hosting and infrastructure providers.
We disclose data to authorities only where legally compelled, and we will notify you where we are permitted to do so.
6. How long we keep it
Licensing and transaction records are retained while needed to provide access, resolve disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
7. Your rights
You may request access to the data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccuracies, request deletion where we have no overriding legal basis to retain it, or object to processing. Requests go to support@example.com and are answered within thirty days.
Deleting your account does not erase licensing records we are legally required to keep, but it does remove your marketing and profile data.
8. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to carry an account-linking request safely between here and Roblox. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics, where enabled, is aggregated and does not profile individuals.
9. Security
We use encrypted connections, private file storage, short-lived download links, and restricted administrative access. If a breach affects your data, we will provide notices required by applicable law.
